Refund policy

 

Under European Law, the customer has 14 days to change their mind about any purchase. SophroEnglish should be informed by email. sophroenglish@outlook.com

There will be no refund for classes already given. .

 

Cancellation of courses

 

If the client cancels the course for any reason other than 'Force majeure', the following terms and conditions will apply: 

​

If Sophro English can no longer provide training, any classes not given will be refunded.

​

If the client cancels the course without good reason, then 25% of classes not given will be retained by Sophro English

​

If the client cancels a lesson on the day of the course, it will be deducted

​

If the client has to withdraw from the course in the case of  ‘force majeure’ ( an epidemic or natural disaster for example) only the hours already taught will be due.
